Public School(Required)

By checking this box, I acknowledge that E-School Virtual Charter Academy is a tuition free, online, public school and that E-School Virtual Charter Academy is held to the same Accreditation and Accountability standards as all other Oklahoma Public Schools.

Attendance Policy(Required)

By checking this box, I understand that my child/children will be held to the state mandated attendance policy. In order for my child to be considered in full attendance they must meet one of the following criteria: Complete a minimum of 72 instructional activities every 9 weeks OR Complete an instructional activity on 90% of the days within a quarter (9 weeks) OR Be on pace for on-time completion of the course (60% or higher).

Instructional Activities(Required)

By checking this box, I understand that Oklahoma Law defines an INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITY as an instructional meeting with a teacher, a completed assignment that is used to record a grade, state mandated testing, school sanctioned field trips, or student orientation.

Truancy Law(Required)

By checking this box, I acknowledge that E-School Virtual Charter Academy will hold me and my child/children accountable to the Oklahoma Truancy Law. If my child/children does not complete an instructional activity for 15 consecutive school days they will be withdrawn for truancy and reported to the appropriate authorities.
